Kathleen A. Cogan of East Greenbush, an emeritus faculty member who taught law at Hudson Valley Community College for 30 years, died June 26. She was the daughter of college Trustee John T. Cogan, Jr. (1974-1983), for whom the Cogan Wing of Williams Hall was dedicated in 1984. He died in 1990.
